Sweet Alabama Pecan Bread
1 cup sugar, 1 cup of brown sugar, 4 large eggs (beaten) 1 cup of canola oil, 1-1/2 cups of self rising flour, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 cups of Allen Family Orchard Pecans......preheat oven 350 degrees, bake 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
